Job Overview

Fairway Management is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our apartment communities.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and leasing apartments, managing property staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process rent payments, and notify residents of delinquencies.
  • Market vacant apartments and ensure they are ready for lease.
  • Process applications for move-in/transfer and forward to Compliance for approval.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Inspect and supervise the work of outside vendors.
  • Maintain and balance petty cash.
  • Supervise daily activities of maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Property Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience is preferred.
