Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing business intelligence solutions to drive innovation and improvement in manufacturing processes
  • Developing and building an enterprise-wide visualization platform to support troubleshooting and decision-making
  • Driving operational improvement projects to achieve sustainable gains in reliability, quality, safety, cost, and delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
Requirements
  • 10+ years of technical leadership experience and/or project management in an industrial environment
  • 2+ years of experience supporting software development and/or implementation projects
  • Past roles may include systems integrator, software developer, and/or systems engineer
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and strategy development preferred
  • Experience with industrial control systems and manufacturing platforms (SCADA, MES, MOM, Data-Historians, etc.) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI, ML, and/or APC preferred
  • Experience in CPG manufacturing industry preferred
  • Experience with Food and Beverage manufacturing would be highly preferred
