3. **Recruitment:** Actively seek out and recruit new demonstrators to strengthen the event team.

5. **Budget Management:** Prepare and manage the event budget, detailing all aspects of event-related expenses and staffing.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for this position.
