As a Childcare Environment Specialist with Learning Care Group, you play a vital role in creating a safe and healthy environment for young children to grow and thrive. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience.

This is more than just a job – it's a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our youngest learners. Our top priority is the health and safety of the children in our care, and our Cleanliness and Safety Coordinators are integral to achieving this goal.

In this role, you will work closely with our teaching staff to maintain a clean and organized environment that supports learning and development. This includes tasks such as:

  • Keeping classrooms, playgrounds, and common areas clean and tidy
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Maintaining a system for organizing and storing supplies and materials
