Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide the SRNAs within the unit
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and rounds
  • Facilitate effective communication among nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure thorough follow-up and follow-through on patient care
  • Encourage a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and enjoyment among colleagues
  • Champion outstanding customer service for residents and their families
