We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver. As a member of our HomeWell Care Services team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to seniors and disabled adults in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises to maintain clients' physical health.
  • Document clients' conditions and notify supervisors of any concerns.
  • Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways and preventing falls.
  • Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Completed CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
