**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient and sanitary wash cycles.
  • Monitor and maintain the dish machine's water temperature to prevent bacterial growth and ensure a clean wash cycle.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware in a clean and organized manner.
  • Keep the dishroom clean and organized, including the storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
  • Bag and haul dishroom trash to the dumpster at designated times.
  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas as required to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Ensure all quality standards are maintained consistently, as mandated by The ONE Group's Corporate Operations and Executive Chef.
  • Assist other kitchen staff with cleaning, cooking, prepping, and receiving tasks as needed.
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the kitchen team.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work 8+ hours per day, including holidays and weekends.
