FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Director to join our Construction, Projects & Assets (CP&A) team. As a Senior Director, you will provide guidance to clients on various aspects of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CP&A Consulting projects across the practice, including strategic plans, organizational assessments, and capability maturity assessments.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on a range of projects and/or asset management functions, including growth capital, sustaining capital, construction, maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and key leads to ensure overall project success.
  • Develop client-facing materials and present to senior executives.
  • Mentor junior team members and lead large engagement teams.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience in strategy and management consulting, capital projects & infrastructure, asset management, construction management, or a related profession.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in developing professional work products using PowerPoint and Word.
