Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Define and manage software development and debugging program scope, key deliverables, and milestones for complex robotic systems from concept to end-of-life.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, creating and executing mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Tracking: Utilize tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence to organize tasks, track progress, and communicate effectively.
  • Status Updates: Provide clear and concise status updates to leadership, highlighting timelines, milestones, budget status, and any areas of concern.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure program success.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize critical tasks and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Program Metrics: Maintain program metrics and ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA/Confluence, strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
  • Desired Qualifications: Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, onsite work at our headquarters.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 + equity + benefits. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including company equity, flexible vacation, comprehensive benefits, 401K plan, accelerated growth opportunities, and free snacks from our robot chefs.
