We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Associate with a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC repair, and other building trades. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident requests, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be expected to collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals, participate in ongoing training and professional development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our maintenance processes.
