Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Adhering to all standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Reviewing and implementing corporate communications applicable to your assigned area.
  • Assisting with merchandising procedures, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers.
  • Assisting customers with purchases and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Performing store maintenance, including taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to maintain composure under pressure.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 to $15.50, depending on experience. Benefits, bonus, and incentive payments may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
