We are seeking a highly skilled Database Systems Manager to join our team at Highlands Medical Center. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data repository and other SQL databases.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and verify data integrity across multiple databases
- Communicate effectively with management and users to identify data needs and requirements
- Utilize project management skills to design, implement, and deliver high-quality data solutions
- Develop and execute SQL queries for report creation and distribution
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- Proficient in structured query language (SQL) and Microsoft Server Operating Systems
- Experience in Hospital Information Systems environments preferred; MCSA and CCNA certifications a plus
- Competitive salary: $95,000.00 per year
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, employee discount, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, relocation assistance, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and vision insurance
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities
