POSITION: Sales Associate

OVERVIEW:

The Sales Associate is essential in driving sales and promoting Perry Ellis products while maintaining the brand's high standards of customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Interact with customers in a welcoming and professional manner, aiming to enhance sales opportunities in line with Perry Ellis service standards.

• Build a loyal customer base by effectively utilizing the PE Loyalty Program and staying updated on products and promotions to assist customers better.

• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by treating all customers and colleagues with respect and fairness.

• Use time effectively during shifts by restocking, improving displays, and engaging with customers. Always be punctual and flexible with scheduling.
