About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Cardiac Telemetry, working night shifts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing exceptional care to patients with various cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physiologic, psychological, and cognitive status, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop individualized care plans based on determined nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes, prioritizing essential needs.
  • Implement care in a knowledgeable, skillful, consistent, and continuous manner, collaborating with other healthcare team members.
  • Establish priorities of patient care based on available resources, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and patient progress toward desired outcomes, making adjustments as needed.
  • Identify learning needs of patients and significant others, implementing appropriate measures to meet these needs.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary functions, promoting seamless care delivery.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly salary range of $43.01 - $62.96, along with a 60K sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • A State of CT RN license
  • One year of medical/surgical experience preferred
  • 36 control hours
  • 7:00pm to 7:30am shift

  • Nursing certification
  • A BSN degree
