The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of estimating for ground-up construction projects in the multi-million-dollar range, focusing on Divisions 8 and 10 (Doors, Frames, and Hardware).
As a seasoned professional with deep expertise in door and hardware estimating, team management, and client engagement, you will play a critical role in shaping strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to winning bids that align with our legacy of quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of estimators to deliver project estimates within tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute estimating strategies and schedules.
- Present technical solutions and bid strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Use software tools like Comsense to create detailed takeoffs and material estimates.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating, with a strong focus on doors, frames, and hardware.
