Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract all new business and close potential clients through personal contact or phone calls.
  • Address bounced contracts in a timely manner and generate finance income on all sold clients.
  • Verify and process paperwork involved in cash, finance, or loan transactions.
  • Contract or collect all money at closing and seek bank approval on all financed and leased deals.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of leases and promote Credit Life/Accident & Health sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments in a professional and courteous manner and assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
  • Assist in the training of Sales Consultants and understand all current programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
  • Verify insurance and complete paperwork, handle cancellations for extended warranties and credit life cancellations, and understand and implement the dealership sales process.
  • Attend weekly department meetings and maintain a high level of product penetration.
Requirements:
  • Experience, education, and training are a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening, including MVR and criminal background check.
  • Operator's Driver's License and State Insurance License are required.
