Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, classrooms, and various facilities through thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure restrooms, showers, and communal areas are kept clean and sanitized.
- Regularly clean hallways, stairways, elevators, entrances, and exteriors to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct floor maintenance activities such as stripping, scrubbing, and polishing.
- Manage supplies, cleaning agents, and equipment, ensuring they are organized, clean, and in good working order.
- Execute additional related duties, including securing and unlocking doors, reporting maintenance needs, and attending training sessions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred: At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
