The Maintenance Person plays a vital role in ensuring the interior and exterior of our restaurants are clean and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintaining the outside grounds, including landscaping and waste management
  • Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Emptying trash compactors and maintaining a clean and odor-free environment
  • Changing light bulbs and performing routine maintenance on HVAC and exhaust units
  • Cleaning the roof of debris and ensuring a safe working environment
