Primary Care Physician or Nurse Practitioner

- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures.
- Work closely with medical assistants, RNs, and other clinical support staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Manage a caseload of 18-22 patients per day, prioritizing tasks and allocating time efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical guidelines and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (AANC or AANP) or Physician Assistant/ARNP; or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Unrestricted licensure in Washington state; or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Current DEA registration; or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- BLS and ACLS certification; or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- EMR proficiency, preferably EPIC.
The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, certifications, and performance.
