Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures.
  • Work closely with medical assistants, RNs, and other clinical support staff to deliver high-quality care.
  • Manage a caseload of 18-22 patients per day, prioritizing tasks and allocating time efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical guidelines and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (AANC or AANP) or Physician Assistant/ARNP; or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Unrestricted licensure in Washington state; or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Current DEA registration; or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • BLS and ACLS certification; or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • EMR proficiency, preferably EPIC.
Compensation

The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, certifications, and performance.

In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and a 401(k) contribution plan (subject to eligibility requirements).
