Role Overview:

As an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) on our Outpatient Lymphoma Team, you will deliver top-tier, comprehensive care to patients with lymphoma. You will work alongside an exceptional team dedicated to excellence in outpatient care, providing compassionate and expert treatment to our patients.

Key Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited PA program or Master's degree in nursing with prescriptive privileges
  • NCCPA certification or related National NP certification
  • Active NYS license or qualified for state licensure
  • A minimum of 1 year of outpatient or inpatient Malignant Hematology experience preferred
