Job Summary

The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and managing patient care before, during, and after anesthesia. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and manage patient care before, during, and after anesthesia
Perform pre-anesthesia assessment, induction, and maintenance of anesthesia
Monitor patient physiological condition and perform clinical interventions as necessary
Work closely with Attending Anesthesiologists to provide comprehensive patient care
Document patient information in medical records

Requirements

Master's degree in nurse anesthesia
Current CRNA certification
BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
NYS RN license
Doctorate in Anesthesia Nursing preferred
