We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse OR Circulator to join our team at Townsen Memorial Hospital in Humble, TX.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with patients and families, utilizing the nursing process and prioritizing patient needs.
- Utilize critical thinking and effective communication skills to manage patient care in a fast-paced intraoperative setting.
- Supervise and direct patient care in a single operating room, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Assist with identification and confirmation of operative site, and prepare the operating room according to patient and procedure requirements.
- Manage patient assignments and other area demands, addressing patient needs during admission to the operating room.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Intra-Operative Care.
- Registered Nurse in the State of Texas, with an active and unencumbered license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
