About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Advocate to join our team at Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha (APM) CUA. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable populations and promoting positive outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service plans that address the unique needs of each client family.
  • Build relationships with community partners, including schools, healthcare providers, and social service agencies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in case conferences, school conferences, and court appearances, as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, a minimum of 2 years' experience in human services, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
