Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 10-20 assembly operators and test technicians
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics for the team
  • Implement continuous improvement methods using lean manufacturing principles
  • Motivate the team to participate in improvement initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality products are delivered to the warfighter
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with information technology systems (SAP)
  • Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and FOD reduction/prevention methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior management experience
  • Previous or current security clearance
  • Experience working in an engineering environment and reading engineering drawings
