We are seeking a skilled Rental Delivery Specialist to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our rental operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their winter holiday experience is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process rental equipment orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with our delivery team to organize, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
  • Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions, maintaining safe and professional driving standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fitting guests to their equipment and explaining proper use.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and team members to maximize efficiency and ensure seamless delivery operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
