Position Overview

Water Mitigation Superintendent

Apex Restoration DKI is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for both our team members and clients. We are currently seeking a Mitigation Superintendent to lead our operations. This role involves supervising project completion, ensuring a secure work atmosphere, and managing supplies for our technician team. If you possess strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a desire to grow, we invite you to consider joining our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ PSA and MICA Moisture Mapping techniques
  • Achieve IICRC certification
  • Oversee multiple restoration projects
  • Leverage technology, including Microsoft Office, PSA software, and document management systems
  • Exhibit leadership in mitigation practices
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness
  • Be prepared to work 40+ hours weekly and be on call during emergencies
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes
  • Restoration certifications from IICRC
  • Capability to lift weights up to 75lbs
  • Professional and tidy appearance
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
  • No felony convictions

Compensation Package:

  • Salary range: $40,000 - $45,000 (based on experience)
  • Potential commission structure after 90 days
