Join Our Team:

We are actively seeking skilled Recreational Vehicle Service Specialists. The ideal candidate will be adept at diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling various recreational vehicles, including travel trailers.

This role may involve specialization in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems, along with repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, troubleshoot, and diagnose units requiring repair and maintenance.
  • Execute all repairs and ensure parts installation is 100% complete.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections and manage repair orders.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain propane gas and electric appliances.
  • Repair fiberglass, body, and structural components.
  • Install, repair, replace, and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, floor coverings, cabinets, counters, plumbing systems, electrical systems, propane gas systems, batteries, and charging systems.
  • Utilize manuals, catalogs, and online resources to facilitate repairs on parts or components.
  • Install hitches and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the RV, automotive, or carpentry sectors, focusing on repairs and installations.
  • Hands-on experience in construction or carpentry.
  • Experience with hitch work and brake controls.
  • The ability to work outdoors or in unconditioned environments.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Electrical experience and the ability to comprehend and communicate technical information.
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure and using various hand tools.
  • A willingness to work weekends as necessary.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands for this position include:

  • Regularly standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and communicating verbally.
  • Frequently sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds, frequently lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25-50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
