As a Physician Assistant, Surgical, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Your expertise will be essential in performing clinical evaluations, problem assessments, and developing treatment plans under the supervision of a fully licensed physician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Perform medical services, including procedures and surgeries, under the supervision of a licensed physician.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
  • Experience working in a surgical environment, preferably in orthopedic surgery.
