Sign-on Bonus: $20,000 for qualified Cath Lab Technologists with over 1 year of experience

Position Overview: The Cardiovascular Intervention Technologist plays a vital role at Capital Medical Center, delivering technical assistance during various diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures.

In this capacity, you will prioritize quality care, emphasizing the comfort and well-being of both patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of the Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Registered Nurse.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in the assigned procedure room.
  • Complete necessary Cath Lab-specific documentation.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and operate specialized equipment.
Qualifications:

Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist in Washington State or as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or currently enrolled in the second year of an Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist program (RCIS) with a commitment to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.

Current AHA, BLS, and ACLS CPR certifications required at the time of hire. Note: All staff are encouraged to utilize the Computer-Based Cath Lab Orientation 12-week module program as a resource to prepare for registry readiness.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salaries, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

As mandated by various pay transparency laws, we provide a competitive compensation range for candidates in each position.

The pay scale is $65.15 USD.

However, compensation is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, experience level, and certifications or education.

If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's years of experience.
