Next Move Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Dallas, TX as a Computed Tomography (CT) Specialist. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule of 12-hour shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Salary: $33-$48 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for external employees.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality CT procedures according to exam protocols, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET techniques to ensure they understand the procedure and receive the appropriate care.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, including positioning patients, adjusting immobilization devices, and setting exposure factors.
- Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness, reporting any issues to management or the relevant department.
- Manage medical imaging records, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete in the relevant system.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine.
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-CT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
