Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Mentors to join our growing team. We provide vital in-home and community-based services to children and families facing mental health and behavioral challenges.

As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals and families by offering personalized support and guidance. You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and foster positive growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families.
  • Collaborate with clients and families to establish clear goals and objectives for therapy.
  • Provide direct support and guidance to clients, assisting them in developing coping skills, managing challenges, and achieving their personal growth aspirations.
  • Facilitate family sessions and promote open communication within the family unit.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and interventions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year of experience working with children/adolescents/transition-age youth; or an Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population.

  • Highly competitive hourly rates, with compensation increases based on caseload size, fluency in a second language, and tenure with the agency.

  • Paid weekly supervision is required and counts toward licensure.
