Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Mentor to join our Family Therapy team at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. in Massachusetts. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will provide intensive support to clients and families with MassHealth and Commercial insurance policies, helping them achieve their goals and improve their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families.
  • Work with clients and families to develop and implement individualized goals and plans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth.
  • Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population.
