Inness Hospitality LLC is an intimate country refuge, hotel, spa and restaurant located in Accord, New York. With 225 pastoral acres, including a farmhouse hotel, guest cabins, a golf course, sporting outfitter, swimming pools, tennis courts and walking trails, our serene setting offers the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa and wellness services to our discerning guests.

• Deliver Professional Treatments: Provide customized massage therapy sessions that exceed guest expectations, utilizing technical knowledge and fine skills.
• Product Knowledge: Promote our premium products with detailed knowledge, ensuring guests receive expert recommendations.
• Spa Tours: Conduct guided tours of our spa facilities, highlighting amenities and services.
• Consultations: Offer professional consultations to guests, recommending treatments and products tailored to their needs.
• Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels for treatment and retail items, ensuring availability and minimizing waste.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Guest Service: Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming, while providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints efficiently.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in spa or wellness roles.
• Certification: National/State recognized Massage Therapy and/or Aesthetics Certification.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer and typing skills, with ability to adapt to new systems and software.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

$16 per hour plus commission, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience.
