About the Position
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced therapist to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for providing personalized spa and wellness services, utilizing your technical knowledge and fine skills to exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Treatment Delivery: Provide customized massage therapy sessions, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation among our guests.
- Product Promotion: Expertly promote our premium products, offering guests tailored recommendations based on their needs.
- Spa Experience: Create unforgettable spa experiences for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding their expectations.
- Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory levels for treatment and retail items, minimizing waste and ensuring availability.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Guest Relations: Foster positive relationships with guests, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Qualifications: National/State recognized Massage Therapy and/or Aesthetics Certification, with minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, basic computer and typing skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Positive, engaging, and energetic personality, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
$16 per hour plus commission, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience.
