Job Title: Government Accounts Director

Padagis LLC is seeking an experienced Government Accounts Director to manage all aspects of the relationship between Padagis and government agencies. This includes managing the company's Federal Supply Schedule and National Contracts, as well as partnerships between Padagis and contracted third-party suppliers to federal, state, and military customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with government contracting groups
  • Responsible for contract negotiations, preparation, submission, and execution
  • Managing the overall growth of the government sector, negotiating prices directly with government agencies and partners, ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Maintaining the Federal Supply Schedule in accordance with the Veterans Healthcare Act of 1992

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least eight (8+) years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, or contract management
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply complex government regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in customer relationship management
