**Job Summary:**

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Ensure the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, is kept tidy and organized.
  • Properly dispose of trash and maintain a clean kitchen area.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning duties include washing, sanitizing, and storing all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
  2. Maintain a clean environment by sweeping, mopping, and performing daily cleaning tasks.
  3. Empty kitchen trash receptacles and dispose of garbage properly.
  4. Perform daily cleaning duties, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
  5. Store all dishes and other wares in designated areas.
  6. Practice safe work habits and maintain a clean workspace.
  7. Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes after close.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen environment.

**Other Requirements:

  • Absence from work must be regular and reliable.
