  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, and stay up-to-date on new product releases and promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other sales associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 2 years of luxury retail sales experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent walking, reaching, and grasping.
