As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer contacts received through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and courtesy.
  • Investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and deliveries.
  • Assist in the supply billing and collection cycle, as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with referrals to create and streamline supporting documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy of supporting documentation to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify Medicare, Medicaid, and Insurance coverage as required, with both primary and secondary payers.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private medical billing.
  • 2 years of education or experience is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in DME or home health preferred.
