Job Description: Research Proposal Coordinator

The University of California is hiring a Research Proposal Coordinator to support our research initiatives. This role will involve managing the pre-award process, collaborating with researchers and administrators, and ensuring compliance with university policies and external funding agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with researchers to develop and submit grant proposals
• Review and analyze proposal budgets and justifications
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of proposal submissions
• Communicate with investigators and administrative staff regarding proposal status

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business)
• 1+ years of experience in research administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software

Estimated Salary: $43,219 - $63,414 Annually
