Overview

The Childcare Specialist at Conway Regional Health System provides a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children while their parents pursue their fitness programs at the Health and Fitness Center.

**Requirements:**

* Successful completion of American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers class or within 3 months of hire
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High School diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous childcare or babysitting experience strongly preferred
