Job Summary

The Conway Regional Health System is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Childcare Specialist to join our team as a Play Center Attendant. This role is responsible for providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for member and guest children while their parents pursue their fitness programs at the Health and Fitness Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional childcare services to children of all ages, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement engaging play activities, games, and educational programs that promote learning and development.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to understand individual child needs and preferences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance childcare skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers class or within 3 months of hire.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous childcare or babysitting experience strongly preferred.
