About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team for the upcoming school year.

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners in Watertown, WI.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool and kindergarten students with a caseload of approximately 60 students.
  • Collaborate with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide individualized therapy services.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address speech and language delays and disorders.
  • Document progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active ASHA Certification (CCC) and Wisconsin State SLP License.
  • Experience working with preschool and kindergarten students is preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
