Key Responsibilities

  • Client-Facing Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional results and maintain strong relationships.
  • M&A Advisory: Manage sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements, including financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, and position MarshBerry as a strategic partner.
  • Team Management: Direct and coach team members, manage priorities, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the success of the team.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into the development of services and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; Master's degree and/or Juris Doctor preferred.
  • Experience: 6-10+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, law, assurance services, financial consulting, or financial services.
  • Skills: Proven leadership skills, industry business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
