Provide technical support for Salesforce and SAP EH&S systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
Identify and Troubleshoot IssuesProactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product stewardship and master data issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Develop and Implement SolutionsDesign and implement product stewardship system solutions, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
Collaborate with Global TeamsWork closely with global teams, including IT, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Trade Compliance, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Manage Multiple ProjectsPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Develop and Deliver TrainingPrepare and deliver training on Salesforce and SAP EH&S system topics, ensuring that users are proficient in system operation and data management.
Master Data Analysis and ReportingAnalyze and report on master data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree
A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 Years of ExperienceA minimum of 3 years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory compliance, supply chain, IT, or a related SAP area.
Global ExperienceWorking experience with global teams in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe/Middle East/Africa regions.
Strong Technical SkillsStrong technical skills, including knowledge of SAP functionality and master data, as well as experience with Salesforce and SAP EH&S systems.
Excellent Communication SkillsExcellent writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders.
