Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to execute job responsibilities with precision, speed, and attention to detail.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related sector.

Willingness and capability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages and successfully complete any necessary responsible serving courses.

Ability to obtain and present a Food Handlers card as mandated by local regulations.

Quick and accurate decision-making skills in evaluating various options.

Capacity to manage stressful situations with professionalism and composure.

Familiarity with hotel offerings and guest services.


Exhibit a positive demeanor and eagerness to assist others, as shown by a willingness to learn new skills, support team members, and engage with guests and colleagues in an optimistic manner.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.


Ability to craft high-quality beverages, including specialty coffee, tea drinks, and cocktails as required by the establishment.

Competence in performing basic mathematical operations such as counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and brief correspondence.

Skill in effectively interacting with both internal and external customers, some of whom may require a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities:
Approach all interactions with guests and team members in a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented manner.


Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company standards, adapting to the hotel's scheduling needs.

Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag while on duty.

Adhere to company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Serve guests with all food and beverage needs in a courteous and professional manner, identifying services that could enhance their experience.

Welcome and seat guests at appropriate tables promptly.

Ensure cleanliness and presentation of menus.

Clear, clean, and reset tables and other areas as requested by clients or management.

Ensure that food and service areas are well-stocked, organized, clean, and that all side work is completed each shift.

Accommodate special requests from guests or suggest suitable alternatives.

Communicate with all departments regarding in-house VIPs and any special needs or requests.

Support all aspects of food and beverage service as needed, including washing dishes, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.

Answer the telephone in accordance with established standards.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of room service order standards.

Maintain thorough knowledge of menus and current specials across all relevant departments.

Carry out cashiering duties, including closing checks and completing end-of-shift paperwork.

Execute opening and closing procedures and side work duties as per assigned station rotation.

Respond to inquiries about the hotel, brand standards, guest expectations, and local attractions.

Perform additional duties or attend meetings as requested by management.
