Job Overview

The Junior Legal Support Specialist role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals to engage in the dynamic environment of a renowned legal firm's Foreclosure Division. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced setting and possesses strong communication abilities. This position is ideal for those who are collaborative team players and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely management of extensive workload queues within the firm's vendor management platform.
  • Ensure proper documentation of files within the vendor management system, including actions taken, reasons for delays, and all pertinent correspondence.
  • Identify and escalate both internal and external opportunities to expedite foreclosure timelines.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Foster and maintain significant client relationships by serving as a liaison between personnel across multiple locations and interdepartmental client teams.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned by management or the client.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Some familiarity with mortgage documentation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and resolve problems effectively.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Basic understanding of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control principles is highly preferred.
