  • Review and assess recommendations from senior engineering staff.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
  • Perform on-site inspections and observations as needed.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships while identifying new project opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance to technicians and junior staff.
  • Engage in both fieldwork and laboratory tasks regularly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety on-site.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • EIT certification is mandatory.
  • PE Registration is mandatory with the ability to obtain licensure within three months of employment.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • Capability to interpret and understand engineering plans is required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as necessary.
  • A valid Driver's License and a dependable driving record are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
