Key Responsibilities

As a Refrigeration Room Construction Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising cold room construction projects during the construction phase until acceptance.

You will lead and manage a team of installers, allocating their work and coordinating the construction site process in terms of capacity, equipment, and material usage.

Additionally, you will monitor the quality and deadlines of subcontractor work and coordinate defect rectification.

You will also support the installers on the construction site and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have successfully completed a vocational training in a trade and have several years of professional experience in the field of construction management.

You will also need to demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and willingness to perform, as well as possess assertiveness, communication, and teamwork skills.

Furthermore, you will need to be willing to travel and have a Class B driver's license.
