Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at True Group, Inc. as a Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network and systems engineering, with experience in server support and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues by conducting thorough tests, analyzing problems, and providing effective solutions.
  • Infrastructure Installation and Maintenance: Install new hardware systems, operating systems, and software upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Technical Training and Documentation: Provide technical and operational training as needed, and document hardware configuration information, software configuration administration, network performance, and network layouts on a regular basis.
  • On-Site Support and Travel: Travel to clients' offices or server locations for on-site duties, and be flexible to work night and/or weekend shifts as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, and/or relevant work experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Windows Active Directory Domain Services experience, Group Policy Management experience, Server BCDR experience (virtual and physical), ESXi and Hyper-V experience, Windows Server experience, and 3+ years of experience as a Server Support Analyst or Server Engineer.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think through problems and visualize solutions, ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, and ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud Computing Experience: AWS or Azure Cloud computing experience is a plus.
  • Network Security Experience: Network security experience is a plus.
