About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Design Engineer. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design and engineering, ensuring that world-class user experiences are brought to life through seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate design concepts into functional, accessible, and scalable front-end solutions
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of innovative and user-centric digital products
  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and modern front-end technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on user interface design and implementation
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex design challenges into implementable solutions
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern front-end development workflows
